I wish I'd found this earlier, because then I'd have more time to gush about how good it is. But first, minor nitpick; in the movie, only normal Yugi and Yuusei used honorifics. Yami Yugi and Juudai pretty much ditched them from the get-go (actually, I think Juudai might have used them for Yugi, but not Yuusei), since most of the YGO protagonists don't use them unless they're being fanboys like Yuusei was.
Other than that... First, I love the idea of Yuusei and Paradox having complicated, nerdy conversation while Yuugi and Juudai sort of look on in confusion. It's actually a hilarious mental image.
"Go away, cat. I'm not Antinomy." <- This. Is great. I don't even know why, it just is.
I also love how Yuusei goes into minor fury whenever Paradox mentions something that's affected his time, rather than going into all-out rage like some authors write him (which is completely out of character).
The idea of Juudai sympathising with Paradox because of what he did as Haou is really interesting to me, especially the exchange "I had to," "I know," when it came to the murders.
Also, motorbikes with dragons. Damn right that's the future.
And unfortunately I'm out of time now. Tl;dr, it's a great fic. That ending line is great, too.
