Merry Christmas to all of you!
Dec. 25th, 2007 09:48 pmFirst of all, Merry Christmas, or whatever it is you celebrate!
Me and my family don't really celebrate Christmas, actually (my mom is a Christian, but me and my dad aren't). we don't give presents now either, only at New Year ( which is good for me, 'cause i still haven't got half of my presents, I only found something for my dad and aunt - and my cats and dog :D -)
i wrote a 50-sentence challenge on one of my old characters today. His name is Thomas, and in the story I wrote with him, he ended up in another dimension with two of his friends (this was before season 3 of GX, so no inspiration there ^^). Anyway, Thomas was actually my eyes in the story, he was like me with a few differences. In fact, Thomas would've been my name if I had been a boy, so that's where his name comes from. The sentences i wrote today turned out to be pretty depressive (it's how he feels a few years after my original story), and overall, it wasn't at all how I imagined it before I started writing. I just hope I don't turn out like him, us being similar and all, 'cause it's not a nice prospect. (Both the original story and today's follow-up are in Dutch, so it's kind of useless to post it here)
Funny how my characters tend to run away with me... Still love them all, though.
Well, now it's Christmas, and I'm waiting 'till someone posts the Doctor Who Christmas episode on Youtube (I hate not having BBC), and I'm excited for tomorrow's episode of GX. Still no sign of Johan in the episode descriptions on Janime, though. He'll have to show up sooner or later, right? He is in the opening theme.
And I'll have to start studying again very soon, preferably Thursday (I have to go shopping first). My first exam is the 7th of January.
