So, my computer just gave up on me today.

I'm using my old computer now, as a temporary solution (gotta say though: XP, oh how I have missed thee!), but I'm hoping to get a new one next Saturday. The one I'm using now is a bit dodgy, so if I disappear, that's the reason.

The worst part of it all? I haven't saved any of my most recent stories or music. And as it stands now, I will not be able to recover them. *hits something*

:/ Quite a bit of stuff, sadly. Among which a story I was working on. I have the first chapter saved somewhere else, but all the plot outlines and the second chapter are lost. And it's gonna be a bitch to get my music back

No such luck, unfortunately. But with a bit of luck we'll be able to get a new one for free, so I'm hoping for that.

I use a service called MozyHome which backs up your data every 24 hours - and needed it twice this year. It costs a small amount but I felt it was money well spent.
